Absolutely! Every page that you enter personal information on is secured using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We do not process or hold personal payment information on our server, everything is processed and stored at our payment processor’s server.
We currently support payments through:
PayPal – you can also use your credit/debit card without having a PayPal account. All payments are secured and processed by PayPal.
Credit/Debit Card – We process your payment securely through Stripe, all of your payment card information is processed and stored on Stripe. We do not hold or view any personal payment information on our side.
Bitcoin/Altcoins – If you are more of a modern geek or crypto fan and want to make those coins useful in the real world, we got your back. You can make secure Bitcoin payments(obviously) through CoinGate, you can also pay with several popular altcoins.
Our production centers are based in Europe and the United States. All orders shipped outside the United States or Europe may be assessed customs fees by the government of the destination country. The shipping fees we charge for your order do not include customs fees. If you’re unsure of your country’s laws and policies regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs office. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the customs charges in your country before you place an order. We are prohibited by law from declaring ordered merchandise as “Gift” on customs forms.
On the shopping cart page, you will see a section for entering your Promotional Code. After entering the code, click Apply Coupon and the discount will be visible in the final price. Discounts are not redeemable toward previously purchased items.
If you received the wrong item, an incorrect size or your item was damaged in any way, send us an email at email@example.com or contact us through our online form. Please include your order number and specifics on the mistake we made, and we’ll do everything we can to get you the correct item. Of course, if case it was our mistake, there are no additional charges!
We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we usually cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please scroll to the bottom of this page and use the contact form to let us know ASAP.
We work hard to prevent this from happening. Occasionally, however, orders will slip through that contain out-of-stock items. In these instances, we reserve the right to cancel either the out-of-stock item(s) or your entire order; we will, of course, also issue a refund to your credit card for any items we cannot ship. We will also contact you to let you know that we have modified your order.
